JOHANNESBURG – The National Prosecuting Authority wants presiding Magistrate, Katlego Mokwena, to recuse herself in the case against Pastor Paseko ‘Mboro’ Motsoeneng.
The NPA says she may be biased towards Mboro for several reasons.
Mboro returned to court on Monday to apply for bail based on new facts.
He was arrested in August after allegedly storming a primary school wielding a panga to take his grandchild out of the facility.
