Names like Salerno, Naples, Foggia, Arno, Anzio and others. Then off to England to prepare for D-Day. Then comes Normandy, St. Mere Eglise, Gliders, Holland, Nijmegen, France, The Bulge, Belgium, Pin-ups, Siegfried Line, Cologne, Russians, Concentration Camps, Berlin and Home!  This first edition volume contains summaries of casualties, combat days, awards, attached units, etc.
