    Vintage West Virginia 1940 Neely for Governor embroidered handkerchief.  Unused estate item came from the estate of a very active Democrat  - purchased 30 years ago.  White handkerchief measures 9" x 9 1/2" and has black lettering "Neely for Governor".  New condition.
