This is a TM30-606 War Department Technical Manual GERMAN PHRASE BOOK, which was created and issued by the War Department November 1943 to support the military during World War II.   This particular book was issued from United States Printing Office Washington in 1953 after the war, but it is the same content created and issued in 1943 which the military continued printing beyond the war time frame.  According to the description of this book.......
TM 30-606, German Phrase Book, is published for military personnel only, and is not to be re-published in whole or in part without the consent of the War Department.
This book is small enough to easily carry around and measures approx, 5" x 4" and is less than 1/2" thick. The book is in used condition.  The inside of the cover when opened has a water mark stain (see photo).  The front of the cover has some marks and also there is a faint 15 cent stamp on the front.  This is as paperback book and the binding is intact and all pages are in good shape with no writing and no rips or tears.
