Terracotta Wine Cooler.
The wine cooler should be soaked in cold water for 15 minutes, dried, then add your pre-chilled bottle of wine and it will stay cold for hours.

Previously owned wine cooler in good condition. No chips. No cracks. No repairs.  Marks/scuffs/design blemishes on the bottom of the base.  As with any used item, there are some barely noticeable very fine surface scratches, dings, and marks.
