Almost impossible to find these.  WWII European Theater Appeals of Courts Martials of soldiers accused of pretty much everything - Murder, Assault, Insubordination, sex crimes, Stealing, Cowardice in face of the enemy, and many more. As the war winds down, some of these are in areas under occupation so there is an increase in crimes against the civilians.  Includes the details of the crimes, original sentence and the decision of the appeals court.  Name, ranks and units are included. Some were sentenced to death.
Interestingly, this volume has the only one I've seen against a WAC as well as crimes committed or victims by members of Airborne Units - 506th PIR, 327th GIR and 320th GFAB. Also has an officer drunk in battle, Battle of the Bulge desertions along with the other stuff.
This volume 30 covers 1945 crimes. While there are still cases in England, the majority of cases are on the continent - France, Germany, Holland, Luxembourg, Italy.  This issue has 69 cases over a variety of topics.  Officers as well as enlisted men.  Interesting reading. Certainly something most didn't hear about in WWII.
