    Technical M----- of Radiotelephone Procedure, Army Air Forces.   Mark 31, 1942.  TM 1-460.  Wraps, pub. by the War Department, 69 pages.  Almost used the dreaded M word that eBay will censor if used.  Good condition, stain to top of front cover and to about 1/4 of back cover.  Procedures for satisfactory voice communications with radio services that the radio operator or pilot may wish to contact.  Weather reports, radio call signals, control towers, civil air regulations, emergency procedure, frequencies, radio range stations, logs and charts.  S&H .50.
