No overseas shipping. As pictured with the cover closed, the paper booklet measures approx. 5 1/8" x 4 1/8". Has some cover wear with foxing. Has a total of 48 numbered pages. The paper booklet spine is tight. Has some fading to the paper. Booklet covers have some wear with soiling to the back cover. Dated 1944 in several places.
