Lot Consists of a Hard To Find, Original,1943 WORLD WAR II - WW2 - PILOT RATING BOOK, Issued by The CIVIL AERONAUTICS ADMINISTRATION - (C.A.A.) U.S. DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE, WASHINGTON D.C - Rating Book titled: "CONTROLLED INDOCTRINATION FLIGHT COURSE". Booklet contains forms filled out by instructors who rated enlisted men in flight course. Some pages are filled in by instructor who gave course in 1943 - 1944 and has a lot of blank forms. Instructor's name blocked out in images. See pics for more details.
52 page, top stapled, card stock covered booklet is approx. 8-1/4" high x 5-1/4" wide and comes as pictured. Cover has some toning on edges and light wear in corners. Interior pages are lightly tanning, but supple. Staples are dark, but do not appear to be staining pages. Difficult wartime aeronautic item to find in this condition.
