    Lot of 6 Consolidated  Aircraft Corp. B-24 Bombardment and B-24 D Manuals
    This auction is for 6 preowned  Consolidated Aircraft Corporation  Hardcover Manuals.
    The Airplane General is missing the hardcover ( photos )
    The Electricity Manual is in Fair Condition and the last 3 pages are torn and dirty.
    The Hydraulics Manual has some separation of the cover and is in Good Condition.
    The Flight Manual is in Very Good Condition
    The Armament Manual is in Very Good Condition
    The Radio Manual is in Fair Condition
    The condition of these books varies and these books were manufactured around 1942 - 1943.  They are in the condition stated which takes into account the age of these books.
    1.  " Flight Manual "  VG to Excellent Condition   dated Dec. 1942    188 pages
    Very detailed World War II Flight Manual. All aspects of B-24 Medium Bomber, inside and out.  Many Fold-Out Blueprints and Plans.   Photo Illustrated.    Restricted -  published by the manufacturer of the B-24D medium bomber,    Consolidated Vultee Aircraft Corp.
    2.  " Armament "   VG CONDITION   dated Jan. 1943   185 pages
    The manual details instructions for operating and servicing the B24D's Bombing Equipment, Defensive Armament, Turret Operation ( 4 Chapters ) and a 50 page supplement on the 50 Cal Machine Gun.
    3.  " Electricity "   VG Condition    dated October 1942    292 pages
    This manual prepares personnel engaged in operating and servicing the B-24D Airplane.  The elementary theory of electrical energy has been given in simple, direct language covering only the field of the airplane units.
    4.  " Radio "   Fair Condition    Feb. 1943    260 pages
    The elementary theory of radio is given in simple direct language and is intended as a refresher for those who have at least a background knowledge of radio, electricity and sound.
    5.  " Hydraulics "   Fair to Good Condition    August 1942    209 pages
    This manual has been prepared not only as a reference guide but as a fundamental textbook on Hydraulics.
    6.  " Airplane General "  Poor Condition    October 1942    284 pages
    The B-24D Airplane is an all metal mid-wing monoplane.  For easy reference in this Manual, the study of the airplane is divided into three general divisions.
