    Description

NEW FROM DIRE WOLF BOOKS; 312 PAGES, ILLUSTRATED WITH PHOTOS AND MAPS.
This is the combat history of the 313th Infantry Regiment written by the men of the regiment. It is edited and annotated for a modern reading audience. Care is exercised throughout the editing process to insure the spirit and meaning of the author(s) is retained. Many photographs in the original manuscript were too indistinct for use. Quality photographs and maps depicting soldiers of the 313th Infantry as well as selected photographs depicting other 79th Infantry Division soldiers were added to the narrative.
This is real history, these are real soldiers in real combat! And they were the greatest generation. Edited by Master Sergeant Walt Cross, U.S. Army Retired.
