Booklet is in fairly good condition for it's age, outside cover is soiled as shown in pictures.
There is no owners name or date, but the envelope ( which is not in very good condition, with part of it torn away) has a return address of "WAR DEPARTMENT" Camp Hood, Texas. I would guess it to be dated around 1938.
Fairly good condition with yellowing of pages and the last 3 pages are filled with signatures and cities where fellow recruites in the unit were from
No markings (except for the signatures )or dog ears
