THIS IS A CD!!! VERY RARE! Undated, probably from 1944, General Electric issued Gunner's Information File for the Boeing B-29 Superfortress RCT system, 134 pages SCANNED ON CD FROM MY ORIGINAL MANUAL, NOT FROM A REPRINT OR BOOTLEGGED FROM SOMEONE ELSE! Please view the attached SCANS for a sample of the content of this manual! This manual was issued by General Electric to familiarize B-29 Gunners with the RCT system. It is full of color and contains many illustrations, both cartoon like and technical to describe the different functions and aspects of the system and is made to make it easy as possible to understand. When GE developed the RCT system, it was state of the art for that time period. It consisted of scanner/gunners and each one controlled more than one turret. It was all computerized and complex at the time but would be extremely obsolete nowadays. This manual is a excellent look into the past and into the B-29 armament system!
