This report was produced by the AAF specifically for the XB-38 airplane, which was a Allison V-1710 powered, Vega built B-17E!! Only one of these aircraft were produced and it was extensively test flown until it caught fire and crashed. This is VERY RARE information that you will never see ANYWHERE!!
