Many of the inside pages show small edge tears and bends especially at the upper right corner. The inside pages show foxing.

    This is an original 1940 War Clippings Scrap Book from the Whiteman Publishing Company of Racine, Wisconsin.
    The scrapbook is new old stock - it has not been used and all the pages seem intact.  The scrapbook measures 11" x 15" approximately.
    On the front cover are views of the war - looks like pictures from Great Britain (that is definitely little British children being evacuated at the lower right area of the front cover and definitely Royal Navy and Royal Air Force views too).
    The back cover has a map of Europe on September 1, 1939 before the occupation of Poland by Germany and Russia and before Russia's attack on Finland.
    The inside front cover has a map of Europe in 1914 before World War I.  The inside back cover has a map of Europe in 1918 after the First World War.
