In order to generate a hollow cone spray pattern, these Hypro SwirlTip Poly Cores MUST be used with the Hypro Flow Regulating Discs (sold separately). The chart below details the different combinations of discs and cores that can be used to suit your spraying application.
Using a Hypro SwirlTip Poly Core behind the Flow Regulating Disc creates finely atomized droplets in a hollow cone spray pattern. This disc-core combination is great for use on air-assisted sprayers in broadcast spraying applications, as well as banding and directed applications.
